3 , electrical technical description of trapezoidal aluminum ingot online lifting equipment
The electrical part of the complete set includes the intermediate frequency power control cabinet, the temperature closed loop control system, the external control console, and the reactive compensation capacitor bank.
The intermediate frequency power supply is a thyristor frequency conversion device, the input voltage is 380V , 50Hz , and the output power
350KW , the power can be adjusted infinitely, the output frequency is 0.2KHz . The color of the cabinet is set according to user requirements, and the external dimensions are 2500 × 1000 × 1300mm , as shown above.
The IF control system is fully digital and has no relay control. Unique sweep mode with 100% startup success.

The main control board of the intermediate frequency power supply is designed with a temperature closed-loop control interface. The temperature control instrument adopts the Japanese conductive SR93 with PID adjustment instrument, and the far-infrared optical fiber thermometer uses the German Opus CT series thermometer to measure the temperature -40-900 °C. Firstly, the heating temperature is set in the temperature control instrument. After the power is turned on, the thermometer measures the heating temperature in real time and feeds back to the temperature control instrument. The temperature control instrument compares the measured temperature with the set heating temperature and outputs an analog signal to the intermediate frequency main control board. The main control board automatically adjusts the thyristor firing angle according to the level of the signal, so that the power output power is adjusted following the level of the analog signal to achieve the purpose of temperature closed loop control. Because the temperature measurement system uses the imported aluminum thermometer, the temperature measurement is accurate. Optical fiber signal transmission ensures the stability of the reverse control and is realized by online automation. The user-friendly design of the temperature control table operation interface is convenient for adjustment and easy to observe. The entire system is highly automated and responsive, designed for aluminum testing.
